In April we’ll hold our Annual Meeting and elect five Board Members. Please take this opportunity to run for the Board. The Board makes important decisions about our Community and would benefit from your participation. Several Board Members have served for a number of years and would like to give others a chance. The next HOA Board meeting is scheduled for February 18th, and is being held at 1800 Cole Ave #4A. Meeting time is 7:00pm. For additional details, please go to the online Calendar of Events.

The Board appointed a sub-committee to amend the ARC window policy and ARC application. Please check back later for additional details.

Bike Room SecuritY (posted 02/02/2010)
A new digital keypad lock and a motion activated light has been installed. All codes are now programmed. If your code does not work please contact the Management Company immediately.

Landscape Maintenance (posted 02/02/2010)
The Board and Landscape Committee are working on proposals for landscape enhancement and irrigation system redesign. A Landscape Designer may be in attendance at the February meeting to present plans and ideas for the Community.

RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT UPDATE (posted 02/02/2010)
The outstanding item are being addressed and the project documents should be delivered within 30 days.
