SPEED LIMIT

The Board of Directors would like to remind all residents that the speed limit is 5MPH in the community and that following the regulation is for the safety of all residents and guests. Residents should report violators to management for direct enforcement action.
VOLUNTEER(S) NEEDED

The Board would like volunteers for a Governing Document Revision Committee. This Committee would assist the Board in reviewing new CC&R’s, By Laws and Rules and Regulations to be proposed for adoption in the next year. Volunteers should contact management as soon as possible with their contact information including email if available.

POOL is OPEN!

The Pool officially opened May 14, 2010. Pool usage is subject to closures for
maintenance or unforeseen issues. This year, the newly formed Landscape Committee is working with the landscaper to improve the area around the pool and the PG&E tower. In the coming weeks, you will see several additions to the landscape to help improve the aesthetic appeal and usability of the area. In addition to the planting around the pool, there will be a small area set aside for pets to use near the tower. Please be sure to clean up after your pet! We also want to remind all owners that as the temperatures heat up and we open up our windows, noise carries a lot further, so please be respectful of all of your neighbors.

A new digital keypad lock and a motion activated light has been installed. All codes are now programmed. If your code does not work please contact the Management Company immediately.
